30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. If you are not fully satisfied with your order for any of the eligible reasons outlined below, please contact our team within this period to initiate the return process.


Eligible Reasons for Return

We will gladly accept a return and issue a full refund or replacement under the following circumstances:

  • The part received does not match the item described or ordered
  • The component arrives visibly damaged or defective due to shipping or handling
  • An incorrect part was dispatched as a result of a fulfilment error on our end
  • The part does not fit the vehicle model and year specified at the time of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the integrity of our inventory and protect all customers, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Parts that have been installed, modified, or altered in any way
  • Electrical components that have been connected or tested
  • Items returned without their original packaging or identification markings
  • Custom-sourced or special-order parts ordered specifically at the customer’s request
  • Parts where the return request is submitted after the 30-day window has closed

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please contact our customer support team with the following information:

  • Your full name and order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographs of the part received, including any damage or discrepancies

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with full return instructions and a designated shipping address. Please do not ship any item back without prior authorisation — unauthorised returns cannot be processed.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 5 to 7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of approval.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the direct result of an error on our part.

International Returns

We serve customers across the globe and welcome international returns under the same conditions outlined above. Please note that international customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fulfilment error or damaged goods. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for all return shipments, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
